Hedgehog: Foiled Escape

An escape plan was foiled in the rescue this morning. Last night, after we had left, 3 of our hedgehogs decided that they didn't

actually want to be here for any longer and would make their own way back to the wild.

Fortunately the ingenious trio felt that they needed a rest after their sneaky deed and took a nap behind the rescue curtain.

They may have considered separating to become a little less obvious! Cute though and safely returned to their winter home. We hope this isn’t an omen for the new year!
